🎒 Come meet your teacher and see your classroom!
🐻 Meet our new PE teacher, Mr. Haycraft, and Honey bear in the Atrium.
🚍 Get connected with your bus driver or get your car rider tags in the gym.
⭐Join our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and visit them in the cafeteria.
🎟 Take your Tshirt ticket to the cafeteria for your FREE uniform shirt. You can also purchase more shirts if you'd like, cash or check only.
😃 Visit with Principal Mrs. Brown, Assistant Principal Mr. Pollock and School Counselor Mrs. Bogard in the lobby!

𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁
Each year, we ask families to complete school forms, and now is a great time to do so. All forms are completed online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal—no more paper, and only one submission per household, even if you have multiple students.
These forms are required for every student and help us:
✅ Continue offering free breakfast and lunch to all students
✅ Provide access to school health services
✅ Make sure your child is included in the yearbook and other school events
✅ Support the programs and services that benefit every student
Completing them now means one less thing to worry about during the first week of school. Thanks for helping us get the year off to a strong start.

⭐🆓 ⭐ All students will get a FREE BHP uniform shirt this year at Open House! ️️⭐🆓 ⭐
🎟 Students will receive a uniform tshirt ticket from their teacher at Open House. This offer is only for Open House night with the exception of Kindergarten students.
🎒 Kindergarten students will receive their uniform tshirt ticket TOMORROW at Kinder Camp. You can get your free shirt at Kinder Camp or on Thursday at your scheduled appointment time or at Open House.

Once again Barry Hahn Primary is the #1 Fundraising School in Kentucky for the Kids Heart Challenge/Jump Rope For Heart Event!! ❤️ We have a long standing tradition with the American Heart Association to fight heart disease and stroke. Four days are all we have left until the end of the school year! It has been a pleasure seeing the growth in your children over the school year. Not only have they changed physically (so many lost teeth!), but it's the social and academic growth that is amazing to see. I have had most of the third graders for multiple years and delighted in watching their development into independent readers. Our time together is reaching a bittersweet end.
I'm attaching some reminders about library books. On a positive note, most library books have been returned. We will send home one more round of overdue notes this week, but feel free to message or email me with questions.

Just keep reading, just keep reading, just keep reading! The Meade County Public Library is again offering a Summer Reading Program and it's open for children from ages 0-12. They have fun events, great prizes and access to reading materials for all ages. The info attached explains what is planned for this summer. You can also visit their FB page , their website,
www.meadereads.org or call them @ 270-422-2094.
The yellow papers your children brought home this week are for a reading incentive program BHP is sponsoring. It is a separate program from the one being put on by the public library,. If your child participates in both programs, that equals more reading and more prizes!
