This will be a computer lab week and only K and 1st will exchange books. I have attached the schedule for which day each of those classes should return their books.
Big News-beginning this week, 2nd and 3rd graders will have the option of exchanging their library books in the mornings. If students are absent or forget their book/s on their library day or finish their books before they have library again; they can exchange them for something new. We will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from the time students exit the gym or cafeteria until the announcement for Bear News is made (usually a little before 8:00).
I'm also including an events page for happenings at MCPL this week.

Now that the weather has finally cooled off, don't forget that our public library has a Story Walk, which takes you on a .44-mile path around the Library, combining reading with fresh air and a little exercise.
Along the same path is the Sound Garden which has ten outdoor instruments that allow patrons of all ages to play, explore, and create music. Best of all, the path is open anytime—even when the Library is closed!
What a fun Den Day!!!! Every Den celebrated September attendance, shared Fall Festival information, learned a Den Chant and played a fun game with Bear Award drawings!
